All services provided by North Leaf Canada — including consultations, digital downloads, online courses, or document support — are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or booked.
Due to the instant and intangible nature of digital products and educational services, all sales are final. Once a service is accessed or a session is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
If a client misses a scheduled consultation without providing at least 12 hours’ prior notice, the session will be marked as used, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Our memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle through your account. Failure to cancel before renewal means you consent to continue and no refund will be issued for late cancellations or unused time.
We always aim for your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a consultation or service, you may request a one-time free reschedule with a different advisor (based on availability). Please email us within 24 hours of the original session at: 📧 [email protected]

If you’ve been with us for a while and did not get approved for any service, we may offer you a free one-month membership as a courtesy.
Returning clients — even after 10 years — will always receive a discount on future services.
If you refer a new client, you’ll receive either:
A discount on your next service, or A cash reward (transferred directly to your PayPal account).
